TIAS & SURYA LITTLE - An optimal yoga practice helps cultivate both yin (restoration) and yang (dynamic energy) in the body.
TIAS & SURYA LITTLE - The heart and the lungs work together to pump the prana through the body. In this class we expand the lung cavity through backbends and inversions in order to open the chest. Then we center into the heart chakra through meditation and pranayama.
TIAS & SURYA LITTLE - In this class come prepared to generate blood flow through dynamic and supported postures.We practice twists and side bends to “pranagize” (energize) the body by bringing blood flow to all the tissues of the body. This aids in nourishing the tissues, healing chronic pain and bringing energy and vitality to the body and mind.
TIAS & SURYA LITTLE - This class includes movement with precision of alignment. In the alchemy of our practice we unite stillness with movement, whether in seated meditation, flowing through postures or doing unwinding movements on the floor (SATYA). This leads to states of sublime awareness and feather fine concentration.

TIAS & SURYA LITTLE - The aim of this class is to reduce shoulder and neck restriction and to effectively yoke the shoulder blades onto the back. We will practice SATYA techniques to help release strain from the shoulders and yoga posture to open the shoulder girdle.
TIAS & SURYA LITTLE - In this class we open up the hips through floor poses and standing poses. Through fun and challenging hip openers we build both strength and elasticity in order to align
the hip flexors, hip joints and external hip rotation muscles.
Forward bends serve to draw the mind inward toward the spirit and to restore the organ of the brain. This class emphasizes release of the back body-the spine, kidneys and lungs- in front bends in order to reduce fatigue and prepare the mind for meditation.
