Part 3: Optimize Vitality: Practice for Post-Menstruation
In this class we will concentrate upon inversions to bring hormonal balance in order to help the reproductive area settle back properly. We practice a sequence of poses to create space in the lower abdominal region and the pelvic region. All poses help to draw the energy inward. Through this practice you will feel settled inside and stable in your physical, mental and emotional well being.
Cost: $25 per event for Breathe Together members or $70 for all 3, $35 individual for non-members
