Yoga and meditation require fine listening to breath, pulses and neurological flow. This class involves the fine art of listening and in practice, when we balance the inner ears, physical equipoise is attained.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
- Please note that all classes are in Mountain Time.
