The thigh bones are the longest bone in the body and are essential to endurance, stability and longevity. In this class we stretch and strengthen the hamstrings and quadricep muscles in supine, standing, and inverted positions.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
- Please note that all classes are in Mountain Time.
