In preparation for pranayama we make the intercostal muscles strong, lifted, and light. In this class we do SATYA, arm work, and shoulder work to stretch and strengthen the intercostal muscles.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
- Please note that all classes are in Mountain Time.
