Spring time is a perfect time to irrigate blood and lymph through the belly. In this class we side bend, roll, twist, invert, and use the breath like a plunger to circulate prana through the gut.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
