Chair backbends can create space and a feeling of (de)light inside your chest cavity. In this class we will create elasticity and suppleness while fortifying the space of prana within.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
- Please note that all classes are in Mountain Time.
