Balance the sides of the spine requires daily care. Should one side of the spine become contracted, the spine will typically pull, torque, or rotate. In this class we bring stability to the Paraspinal Muscles that run the length of the side spine.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
