Prajna Live | Slowing Down, Orienting to Stillness | Online Practice

Because we are busy, restless and impatient, being still can be difficult. We have to introduce stillness to the body/mind gradually. In time, we discover that stillness lies at the very root of awareness itself. In this class we practice the art of slowing down and via body, breath and movement arrive at a profound stillness inside.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
