In the internal arts, a classic analogy for training the spine is to make the spine like bamboo—flexible but strong. In this class we engage the spinal muscles and ligaments to make the spine light, lifted, and balanced.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
