Prajna Live | Sukha in the Skull and Brain | Online Practice

It is important to reduce muscular holding within the delicate structures of the skull. In this class we do movements to bring serenity (sattva) and relaxation to all the bones, joints, and fascia around the brain. This supports meditative awareness and tranquility and clarity of mind.

- Have your props handy! We recommend two blocks, blankets, a thick bolster, an 8’ or 10’ belt/strap, and a backless Iyengar chair (modifications will be given if you do not have a chair). We recommend yogaoutlet.com and Manduka for props; backless chairs can be found on Amazon and Etsy.
