Yoga Nidra is a practice to cultivate stillness, silence, and space within. By resting in states of deep relaxation, the body and mind can restore to their optimal levels of vitality. This class starts with movement and leads to the practice of yogic sleep (yoga nidra).
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
- Please note that all classes are in Mountain Time.
