It is common for people to hold tension in their jaw, neck, tongue, and teeth. In this class we do movements for the spine, neck, cranium, and throat to release tension in the palatine region.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
- Please note that all classes are in Mountain Time.
