Still Mind, Fluid Body | Online Day-Long Silent Retreat
In this day of “home retreat,” we devote time to stillness, gentle movement practices, prana flow, and reflection. Because stress and anxiety can accumulate in the body tissues, take this daylong immersion to restore the fluid pump of your heart, digestive organs, and cranial rhythm. Throughout the daily schedule, we combine meditation periods with movement practices. We will practice SATYA in the early morning and more dynamic asana in the late morning. In the afternoon we combine restorative yoga with periods of deep sitting. Whether seated or moving, plan to generate fluidity and a profound sense of ease inside.
