Yoga for Women’s Health | Online Practice

For women, vitality and health require attention to the cyclical changes that take place in a woman’s body. Through yoga practice we honor our innate physiology by creating connection to the natural rhythm and pulse of our bodies. This series of 4 classes supports women of all ages on the path of practice toward restoration, radiant wellness and optimal vitality.
When: Thursday, February 11 | 3:30 – 5:30pm Mountain Time
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
- Please note that all classes are in Mountain Time.
